Jake is a multi award-winning Australian writer-director based in Melbourne, Australia. His narrative work has screened at over 50 film festivals internationally, with his celebrated comedy SAMMY THE SALMON world premiering at the BFI London Film Festival. Jake’s graduate film MORGUE won five awards at Murdoch University including Best Film and Directing. Jake’s STAPLEMAN won Best Director at the WA Screen Academy, while his TVC work won Best Client Based Production, awarded by Channel 9. Jake’s diverse skill set has seen him work across a wide range of genres and formats, from short films to TVC and web series, while his commercial work has seen him collaborate as an in-demand key creative with recognised brands including Nike, Mercedes, and AustralianSuper.
